Version 5.07 (12/01/2016)

First release of december! Printoid is now waiting for Christmas with you!

This is another amazing release, because I’m today integrating the GCODE 2D layers visualizer for your file. This new feature is accessible from the full-screen file manager (same way as the 3D visualizer) and allows you to analyze visually your file layer per layer.

Some notes come with this feature:

  • I’ve tried this feature with GCODE files generated by Cura, Cura Engine from OctoPrint, Simplify3D and Slic3r. If ever your own GCODE files are not properly rendered in the 2D visualizer, please contact me, I’ll do all my best to fix it.
  • This feature is still work in progress, and will be enhanced during the next releases
  • And finally, the main goal of this feature is to provide you, in term, a real-time 2D visualizer like the one integrated in the OctoPrint interface ๐Ÿ˜‰
